Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

SADAYA provides digital invitation services. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales and premium subscriptions are generally final and non-refundable once the service has been provided or the invitation has been published.

2. Exceptions

We may offer refunds at our sole discretion in cases where a technical error on our part prevented you from using a premium feature you paid for. To request a refund under these circumstances, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

3. How to Request a Refund

Please contact our support team at support@sadaya.com with your account details and the reason for your refund request. We will review it within 3-5 business days.
